Evolve Claims was founded in 2025 with a clear purpose: to restore fairness, transparency, and accountability to the insurance claims process.
But the story begins long before that.
In 2018, Dennis Ray entered the public adjusting profession with a simple observation — too many property owners were navigating complex insurance claims alone, often undervalued, delayed, or overwhelmed by the process.
Over the years, Dennis saw firsthand how confusing policy language, inconsistent evaluations, and imbalance of representation left homeowners and business owners at a disadvantage.
Evolve Claims was built to change that dynamic.
Backed by years of field experience and a deep understanding of policy interpretation, damage assessment, and carrier negotiation, Evolve Claims exists to level the playing field. We represent policyholders — not insurance companies — and we do so with precision, professionalism, and integrity.

Our Services
Public Adjusting
Evolve Claims represents policyholders—not insurance companies. We handle residential and commercial property damage claims from start to finish, ensuring our clients receive the full settlement they’re entitled to. Our adjusters inspect the loss, document all damages, prepare detailed estimates, and negotiate directly with the insurer on your behalf. We don’t get paid unless we recover funds for the insured.
Appraisal Services
When there’s a dispute over the amount of loss, our certified appraisers provide fair, unbiased valuations to resolve claims efficiently. We serve as both appraisers and umpires in insurance disputes, offering professional expertise grounded in construction knowledge and policy interpretation.
